Our philosophy teaches that the complete soccer player has developed the 6 essential components of soccer. These components must be trained on and challenged in order for players to grow and develop.
A. Hardware
- Physical: Stamina, strength, speed, pace, flexibility, agility
- Technical: Passing, shooting, heading, trapping, dribbling
- Tactical: Positioning, knowledge, wisdom, experience, strategy
B. Software
- Mental: Confidence, mental toughness, fearless, truthless, attitude
- Emotional: Anger, frustration, composure, moodswings, discouragement
- Lifestyle: Nutrition, rest, preparation, recreation, practice, watching professional games
