Our philosophy teaches that the complete soccer player has developed the 6 essential components of soccer.  These components must be trained on and challenged in order for players to grow and develop.

A.  Hardware

  1.  Physical: Stamina, strength, speed, pace, flexibility, agility
  2. Technical: Passing, shooting, heading, trapping, dribbling
  3. Tactical: Positioning, knowledge, wisdom, experience, strategy

B.  Software

  1. Mental: Confidence, mental toughness, fearless, truthless, attitude
  2. Emotional: Anger, frustration, composure, moodswings, discouragement
  3. Lifestyle: Nutrition, rest, preparation, recreation, practice, watching professional games
